Scarlett’s Rooted Butter Blonde is our Butter Blonde dipper in a natural brown!  It is a very natural and light root that blends perfectly with naturally dirty blonde hair. 

It is often mixed with Light Brown, Light Brown & Butter, Icy Light Brown & Butter, Honey Blonde, Honey Beach, Snow White, Chestnut & Creme Brule
